Her family, her faith, exercise, running, spending time outdoors on warm sunny days, and quality time with her cat and llama all help keep her grounded and energized.

Jenn's energy can vary depending on what her clients need most in the moment. Whether that means offering a calm, steady presence or bringing a little lightness to a difficult conversation, she strives to meet clients where they are. She also enjoys incorporating humor when appropriate—because life can be serious, and sometimes laughter can be healing too.

🌿 How does Jenn reset and recharge?
Going to the gym, running, practicing yoga, and attending church are some of the ways she reconnects with herself and finds balance.
