On Kim’s last day of work as our activities director, we all went to the Splash Pad at Deerfield Park in Smithfield. What a day! Mary Beth even went down the slide and rode on the swings! Such a memorable day spent together. We won’t forget you, Kim!!! Thanks for all you have done for Arbor Hill residents under your direction. You’ve certainly ‘added life’ to their years (which is our parent organization Aldersbridge Communities’ motto and nonprofit mission)!

A fun activity for our residents: we made lanterns and decorated them with battery-operated candles. We had a visit from City Council Ward 13 Councilor Anna Jane who brought Dunkin' coffee, donuts and munchkins for a meet and greet with the residents. We had Elle at Enhabit Home Health visit and talk with us, and Mary Beth won the raffle prize! What a great day!

Summer isn't complete without a trip to the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center in Providence. It's our favorite tropical destination, with New England's largest indoor garden filled with colorful plants, a small waterfall, and a fish pond. Residents loved how gorgeous this giant greenhouse is. We had a nice, relaxing picnic and visit.
