I provide intentional, results-driven care to relieve pain, restore movement, and help you feel strong and supported again I am passionate about using my intuition and education to provide each client with the most effective treatment possible. I pursued the field of massage because I have always had the desire to work with people and make them feel their best. I know that no two sessions are alik

e and I will customize a unique massage experience to meet every client’s individual’s needs in order to promote their overall health and well being. I like to blend my styles of Swedish, relaxation, trigger point, and deep tissue massage to create a customized massage experience that addresses the needs of each individual. I hold a bachelor of science degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership, my previous work experience includes that of being an outdoor teacher of rock climbing, hiking, camping, backpacking, cross country skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and the challenge ropes course. I am a Colorado native from a small town called Antonito, which is located in the San Luis Valley. I have always enjoyed being outdoors. On my path of life, I was introduced to massage and since then it has been a true passion of mine. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and graduated in the summer of 2010, with a certificate of Massage Therapy from Pueblo Community College. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I have my own practice currently inside the Corona Building ~ 635 West Corona Ave Suite 106 in Pueblo Colorado 81004.

Sometimes you don’t need to go far.
You just need to get away from the noise.

No traffic.
No notifications.
No one asking anything from you.
Just quiet.

Massage can be that same kind of escape—a place to slow down, breathe deeper, release the tension you’ve been carrying, and simply be still for a while.

Your body deserves a break.
Your mind deserves some quiet.
You deserve time that is just for you. 🤍

There’s something about watching the sun rise over a mountain lake that reminds you to slow down. 🌄🏔️💧

To breathe deeper. To quiet the noise. To reconnect with the parts of yourself that get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

Massage is a little piece of that same return to nature — a chance to pause, release what you’ve been carrying, and come back to yourself. 🌿

Take a moment. Breathe. Rest. Reconnect.

Come back to nature. Come back to you. 💛

🌲 Pause. Breathe. Restore.

Imagine stepping away from the noise and into a place where everything slows down—the gentle ripple of the water, the whisper of the trees, and the warmth of the sun reminding you to simply breathe.

Your body deserves that same feeling of peace.

At Colorado Massage, LLC, massage is more than just relaxation—it’s an opportunity to release tension, reconnect with your body, and give yourself permission to slow down.

Relax your body. Quiet your mind. Restore your balance.

Your next moment of calm is waiting.

Adventure isn’t always about reaching the summit or covering more miles. Sometimes it’s about escaping the noise, trading deadlines for trail markers, and finding freedom where the air is thinner and the views stretch for miles.

The mountains remind us that self-care can look like dirt on your boots, a backpack on your shoulders, and a quiet moment overlooking the valley. Get outside, chase the adventure, breathe deeply, and leave the weight of everyday life behind—even if it’s just for a little while.

The best adventures don’t just change your scenery—they change your perspective.

Today I had a client come in who chose Colorado Massage as his place to rest and recover as he heads out to complete the rest of his trip, something far bigger than a ride.

He’s in the middle of the 2026 X-Country Ride—a 3,500-mile journey from San Francisco, CA to Savannah, GA, completed in just 34 days. Every mile is part of something intentional, rooted in purpose and service.

The ride supports the Be Loud Sophie Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting adolescent and young adult cancer patients and their families. Their mission carries both strength and tenderness—helping young people and families move through some of the hardest chapters of life with support and dignity.

The fundraising goal for this ride is $18,000, all going toward that mission.

There’s a quote tied to the foundation that really stays with you:

“Be Loud
And move with grace
Explode with light
Have no fear”
— Sophie Steiner

If you love deep, steady pressure that truly melts tension, this session is for you. Clients often experience powerful relief from chronic pain, reduced stress, and a level of deep relaxation that's hard to match. Muscles feel longer and looser, movement becomes easier, and many report better sleep that same night. You'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and noticeably lighter in your body.

When you’re feeling sick and achy it might sound like a great idea to come in for a nice warm massage and have your aches and pains soothed by healing hands. In reality, it’s actually NEVER a good idea to come in for a massage when you’re sick!!!

Massage does boost the immune system and relieve your tension. However, when your body is already fighting off a virus due to a cold or flu, a massage can actually make things worse.

Massage increases circulation throughout the body. With this increased circulation and manipulation of the muscles, it releases and/or pushes metabolic waste through your system faster than normal. When you are already dealing with symptoms in the early stages of the sickness, the massage can increase your symptoms and make you feel worse.Your body is already having to fight off the virus, you don’t want to be adding to it. Best idea is to stay home and rest.

“I have a cold, not the flu or a bacterial infection. Is it serious enough to reschedule my massage?”
Yes. It can be difficult to distinguish between a cold, the flu, and certain bacterial infections. In fact, both viruses and bacteria can cause some illnesses. Bronchitis and sinus infections are two examples.
“I don’t think I’m contagious. Should I reschedule?”
Yes. You cannot know for certain whether or not you can spread viruses or bacteria.
* You may spread a virus one day before symptoms develop.
* You may spread a virus if you still have symptoms—even if you have almost recovered.
* You may spread bacteria until you take an antibiotic for 72 hours and your symptoms have subsided.

When you’re sick, it’s best to play it safe. PLEASE reschedule! Don’t share your illness with me. When I’m sick I can’t work. When I can’t work I don’t get paid. There are no paid sick days when you’re self employed. It affects all the many upcoming client’s appointments that I have to cancel as well. I will do my very best to help you get rescheduled ASAP.

I’ve had a few people show up really sick recently. Please just don’t! You may be asked to leave.
Thank you! 😊
