Early stage rehab is about protecting the graft and getting your muscles to wake up again. The second half is where we build your confidence back. That means getting off the table and getting into the gym to lift, sprint, and move with power.

They say marriage is a journey, but they didn’t mention the matching knee pain from last Saturday’s hike.
