☀️ Nothing beats a beautiful day spent outdoors with friends! Our LifeStories residents took advantage of the sunshine and fresh air with a relaxing walk around the community today. Happy Tuesday!

🌼 There’s something special about creating with your own hands! Our residents recently made beautiful little potpourri baskets filled with dried flowers, herbs, and natural treasures.

A huge thank you goes to our Activities Assistant, Cindy, who spent months carefully drying fresh flowers to make this activity possible. Her hard work paid off as residents enjoyed designing their own unique creations and filling the room with wonderful scents and colorful blooms.

The finished baskets turned out beautifully, and the smiles were just as lovely! 🌸💐✨

A beautiful afternoon on the shore! ☀️🌊

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing bus trip to Matapeake Pier, where we spent the afternoon soaking up the sunshine, enjoying some tasty snacks, and taking in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay views. ⛵️🦀🎣

Our courtyard got a whole lot cuter today thanks to our furry friends from Dominic's Farm! 🐐🐰 Residents loved spending time petting, cuddling, and laughing with the baby goats and bunnies during this special visit. There’s just something about animals that brings smiles, sparks conversation, and brightens everyone’s day! 💙

Pizza day is always a good day at Queenstown Landing! 🍕❤️

Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch from Carmine’s N.Y. Pizza Kitchen this week, complete with great food, great company, and lots of smiles around the table. We are so thankful for local favorites like Carmine’s that help make afternoons like this extra special! 😊🍴

Nothing says “sweet summertime” quite like an ice cream outing with friends! 🍦☀️

Our LifeStories residents had a wonderful time visiting Sugar Doodles Sweet Shop and enjoying some delicious treats together. From chocolate to strawberry, there were lots of smiles, sweet bites, and great conversation shared on this beautiful day! 💕

Our residents spent the day soaking up the sunshine at the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center for a little bird watching adventure! 🦆☀️ From geese and their adorable babies, to bright red cardinals, ducks, red-winged blackbirds, and even a few turtles, there was so much wildlife to enjoy.

There’s nothing better than a peaceful day outdoors surrounded by nature, fresh air, and great company! 🐢🌿🪺
