Please join us in celebrating Lily, our August Employee of the Month! ✨

Lily has been a CNA with us at Randolph for 3 months, and she has already made a huge impact on our community with her heart for helping others. Her favorite part of her work is building meaningful connections with our residents. For her, the biggest reward in her career comes directly from the residents she cares for- hearing them share just how much they appreciate her help. What Lily loves most about working at Randolph is our incredible sense of community, shared that "it truly feels like one big home."

When Lily isn't at work, you can find her cooking, paddling out on her kayak, or curled up with a good book!

💙 Honoring Our Legacy 💙

This year was our second annual Legacy Luncheon at Randolph Health Services to celebrate the dedicated team members who have been part of the Randolph Health Services family for 10 years or more.

This special event is our way of saying thank you for the compassion, commitment, and exceptional care our long-serving staff provide every single day. The afternoon is filled with a delicious lunch, time to connect and celebrate with co-workers, a special gift for each honoree, a drawing give-away, and the presentation of years of service awards.

We are incredibly grateful for the loyalty and heart our staff bring to our residents, their families, and our community. Your years of service have helped shape Randolph Health Services into the caring place it is today.

Congratulations to all of this year's Legacy Luncheon honorees and thank you for making a difference every day! 💙👏
