💙 Happy 3-Year Workiversary, Tish 💙

Today we're celebrating three amazing years of Latisha "Tish" and the difference she continues to make at Impact Learning & Development.

Tish has a huge heart for the children we serve and is passionate about helping each one grow and reach their fullest potential. As one of our Lead RBTs, she's incredibly dependable, a true team player, and someone we know we can always count on.

In addition to the care she provides our learners, Tish also leads Safety-Care training for our team, helping ensure our staff is prepared to handle challenging situations safely and effectively.

When she's not at Impact, there's a good chance she's spending time with her fur baby, Max, who everyone knows holds a very special place in her heart.

Tish, thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the compassion you bring to our team every day. We are so grateful for the past three years and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you.

Today we're celebrating two wonderful years with Melody at Impact Learning & Development.

As one of our BCBAs, Melody brings so much knowledge, dedication, and heart to the children and families she serves. She's passionate about helping every child make meaningful progress and is always cheering on every success along the way.

If you know Melody, you know she loves data. 📊 She enjoys sharing progress graphs with our team because every graph tells the story of a child learning, growing, and reaching new milestones. She helps us celebrate every win, big or small.

Melody is also an incredible mentor. She's always encouraging our team to grow in our knowledge of ABA and helping us use professional terminology in our everyday conversations. Her willingness to teach and support others has made a lasting impact on our team.

🎉🎈 Happy 1-Year Workiversary, Tyjean! 🎈🎉

If you've ever visited Impact Learning & Development, there's a good chance you've heard laughter coming from wherever Tyjean is working. 😆

For the past year, Tyjean has kept us on our toes, brought smiles to countless faces, and become a favorite among both our clients and team members. He has a special talent for figuring out exactly what motivates each child and turning therapy sessions into engaging, meaningful, and FUN experiences. Whether it's a favorite toy or a silly game, Tyjean knows how to connect with kids and help them succeed.

And just when you think he's spent enough time with children for one day, you'll often find him over at Impact Kidz Academy a few afternoons each week, hanging out with even more kids! It's not uncommon to walk into a classroom and find children attached to both of his arms like he's some kind of human jungle gym. 😂

Tyjean's energy, humor, patience, and genuine love for children make a difference every single day. We are incredibly grateful for the joy he brings to our organization and to the families we serve.
