🎉 Help us celebrate Becca’s 4-year workiversary at Impact! 🎉

For four years, Becca has been an incredibly important part of the Impact family and is our longest-serving BCBA on the team (other than Nancy!).

One of Becca’s greatest strengths is her ability to truly see people for who they are. Whether she is working with a child, supporting a family, mentoring an RBT, or collaborating with another team member, she has an incredible ability to meet each person exactly where they are and help them grow from there.

Becca pours herself into her clients and her team with every fiber of her being. She cares deeply, advocates fiercely, teaches patiently, and brings so much knowledge, compassion, and heart to the work she does every day.

Impact is stronger because Becca is part of it, and we are incredibly grateful for the last four years of dedication, growth, leadership, and IMPACT she has given to our community. 💙

Today we’re celebrating three years of Sienna at Impact 💙

Sienna is the whole package—always noticing what needs to be done and stepping in without being asked. She trains and encourages new team members, cheers on our clients, supports Impact Kidz Academy, and helps keep everything running smoothly.

Most of all, Sienna genuinely cares about our kids, families, team, and the work we do. Thank you for three years of showing up, solving problems, encouraging others, and being someone we can count on.
