When the TV is too quiet for you and way too loud for everyone else... it might not be the TV. 📺👂

Hearing loss can turn something as simple as watching your favorite show together into a battle over the remote. Modern hearing technology can make it easier to hear the dialogue clearly, without making everyone else turn down the volume.

And you don’t have to guess whether it will work for you. With UpState Hearing’s free 14-day test drive, you can experience the difference right at home, watching the shows you actually love.

Ready to stop fighting over the volume? Try modern hearing technology for yourself.

If you’re on the fence about hearing aids, sometimes the best way to know is to simply try them. 👂

Hearing is personal, and everyone’s experience is different. That’s why we want you to experience hearing aids where they actually matter, at home with your family, at church, in a busy restaurant, or anywhere you’ve noticed conversations becoming harder to follow.

Then, you come back and tell us what worked, what didn’t, and what still needs improvement. We use that feedback to fine tune your hearing aids specifically for you.

Better hearing isn’t an overnight fix. It’s a process of adjustment, support, and giving your brain time to reconnect with sounds it may have been missing for years.

And at UpState Hearing, it’s a journey we take with you. 💙

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Please join us in welcoming Darcy to the UpState Hearing Instruments family! Darcy is part of our Chico Office 🎉

Born and raised in Red Bluff, Darcy brings a wealth of experience, a creative spirit, and a genuine love for connecting with people. From working as a Registered Dental Assistant and office manager to banking and even owning her own photography business, Darcy's journey has always centered around helping others and building meaningful relationships.

Now calling Chico home, Darcy loves being part of a team that puts patients first. Her favorite part of working at UpState? The wonderful people she gets to work alongside and the patients she has the opportunity to connect with every day!

When she's not at work, you'll find Darcy exploring local music and events, sewing, crafting, or enjoying photography. But above all, her greatest joy is her family! She's a proud mom to two sons, a loving mother-in-law, and a grandmother to five amazing grandchildren who keep her heart full.

We're so grateful Darcy chose UpState Hearing Instruments for her next chapter. Her warmth, creativity, and passion for people make her a wonderful addition to our team!

Help us give Darcy a warm welcome!

What makes UpState Hearing different? The people behind the care. 💙

From celebrating those “aha” moments when a patient reconnects with the world around them, to supporting one another as a team, there’s a shared purpose behind everything we do.

We communicate. We work together. We give back to the communities we serve. And most importantly, we genuinely care about helping every person who walks through our doors hear their best.

Advocacy. Driven. Family. Three words that say a lot about what it means to be part of UpState Hearing.
