I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can deepen self awareness, strengthen your voice, and feel empowered in your healing.

As a therapist I am passionate about my work with teenagers and adults navigating trauma, relationships, life transitions, and anxieties. One of my focuses is working with individuals that identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and providing gender affirming care.

My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence based practices. I enjoy incorporating education about mental health conditions, symptoms, and treatments to empower recovery and improve coping skills in my sessions with clients.”
