Helping teens (ages 13–17) build better lives free from substance misuse in a supportive, structured environment.

At Vitality Unlimited, we understand that substance use and mental health often go hand-in-hand. That’s why Project You is designed to support co-occurring conditions, giving teens the tools they need to navigate both.

✨ What makes this program different:
• Small group support focused on real-life coping skills
• 3 days/week of structured recovery programming
• Flexible, supportive environment
• Court-mandated treatment accepted
• Rolling admission, join anytime

🧠 Additional support available:
Participants also have the option to meet individually with a mental health counselor and/or substance use disorder counselor, based on their needs.

🕒 Schedule:
Thursdays & Fridays: 3–5 PM
Saturdays: 10 AM–12 PM
12-week program

We accept all forms of Medicaid/Nevada Check Up and most private insurance plans.
