At Valley View Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, exceptional care begins with compassionate leadership. We're proud to introduce our Administrator, Jasmeen Gill, whose commitment to serving others is reflected in everything she does.

Jasmeen's passion for healthcare comes from a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. That passion inspired her to build a career in senior care, where she could not only advocate for residents but also support the dedicated teams who care for them each day.

Her journey to becoming an administrator has been shaped by hands-on experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, leadership, and team development. Along the way, she discovered that creating a positive culture is just as important as delivering quality care. Today, she leads with a vision of building an environment where both residents and employees can thrive.

Jasmeen describes her leadership style in three words: Compassionate. Accountable. Collaborative.

What she enjoys most is building meaningful relationships with residents and helping them feel safe, respected, and truly at home. She also finds great fulfillment in mentoring her team, celebrating their successes, and working together to overcome challenges that lead to exceptional care.

One accomplishment she's especially proud of is helping strengthen a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, resulting in better experiences for residents and their families.

When she's away from the community, Jasmeen enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, trying local restaurants and coffee shops, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Above all, Jasmeen wants residents, families, and employees to know one thing:
Her door is always open. She believes in listening, leading with honesty and compassion, and creating a community where everyone feels heard, valued, and confident in the care they receive.

We're proud to have Jasmeen leading the Valley View Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team and grateful for the compassion, dedication, and leadership she brings to our community every day.
