Small visitors, big discoveries! 🐿️

When squirrels came to visit our playground, curiosity took over!
We watched, observed, wondered, and discovered together.

At Pomme de Pin, nature is part of our classroom. Sometimes, the most meaningful learning moments are the ones we never planned.

Little explorers, big discoveries!

09/21/2026

At Pomme de Pin, we believe children learn best when they can wonder, explore, ask questions, and discover through hands-on experiences. Nature gives us endless opportunities to learn — while French becomes part of the experience naturally, through play, conversation, and everyday moments. 🌿

And just like that… our very first days at Pomme de Pin Preschool are here. 🍂

A few little faces, lots of curiosity, plenty of play, and so many discoveries already.

We’re taking our time getting to know one another, building our little community, exploring nature, and learning through play — all while immersing ourselves in French.

It’s just the beginning, and we’re so excited for everything that’s ahead. 🌱

At Pomme de Pin, nature is our classroom. Children learn French by observing, wondering, moving, playing, and discovering how the world around them works.

We believe that children learn deeply when they are given time to wonder, investigate, experiment, and make connections. A French word becomes meaningful when a child has seen it, touched it, played with it, and experienced it.

A handmade gift filled with creativity, nature, and love ❤️

For Father's Day, our little artists created a tic-tac-toe game using treasures from nature: beans seeds carefully painted by hand and wood sticks collected from our playground.

Along the way, we practiced lots of French vocabulary:
🎨 peindre, un pinceau, la peinture
🖍️ décorer, colorier, un crayon de couleur, un feutre
✏️ écrire, un crayon à papier

Learning French through meaningful projects makes every word come alive!

Bonne fête à tous les papas ! 💙
