Many of you have received letters from your insurance stating we'll no longer be contracted with them as of 6/11/26. This is affecting plans processed by CVS/Caremark.
While the issue started with paperwork relating to Leah's passing last year, we've had our application submitted to Caremark since March, with no response from Caremark. This affects plans from Aetna, Silverscripts, and some Blue Cross plans.
We've been patiently awaiting Caremark to get back to us, but it's seeming like that may or may not happen before the 6/11 deadline. Our numerous attempts to reach out to Caremark have gone unanswered.
This may result in us being unable to bill your insurance, if they are one of the affected plans. Other pharmacies should not be affected by this, if you want/need to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy.
We have been actively trying to resolve this, without resolution thus far.
We apologize for the uncertainty and inconvenience. We honestly don't know why Caremark would drag their feet over this - they should want to maintain their large pharmacy network, and it's not even a contract/rate negotiation that's holding things up, it's simply the application to remain part of their network.
