You are not alone. The NYS Cancer Services Program offers free breast cancer screening for eligible, uninsured NYS residents. Those eligible can also find help for follow-up tests and treatment. 💗 Making a difference through early detection!

At the PBMC Breast Cancer Screening Event, the Cancer Services Program of Suffolk County screened 25 CSP-eligible clients who were enrolled in the program. We’re proud to help expand access to breast cancer screening and ensure more individuals receive the care they need.

Today is National Mammography Day! Need a mammogram? If you don't have insurance or a health care provider, you may still be able to get screened for breast cancer. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Knowing how your breasts normally look and feel can help you notice changes, such as lumps, pain, a difference in breast size or skin irritation. But self-exams alone are not enough to find breast cancer. Get your mammograms regularly and talk to your health care provider right away if you notice any changes in your breasts.
