We're proud to share that Jewish Home has been ranked #9 in the nation on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Aging Services 2026 list among large senior housing organizations.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based on employee feedback, with our team rating Jewish Home above 90% in every survey category. We're also honored to be the only organization from New York State to make this year's list.

This marks our fifth consecutive year being recognized as one of the nation's best workplaces in aging services.

The Clare & Jerry Rotenberg Institute on Aging recently hosted an interactive resource fair designed to support healthy aging.

Centered around “Your Journey, Your Health, Your Life,” the expo featured stations where attendees explored programs, discovered community resources, participated in activities, and gathered helpful tips to support health and wellness.

Thank you to the Clare & Jerry Rotenberg Institute on Aging for organizing this engaging event and helping our community take an active role in their health and well-being!

For the fourth consecutive year Newsweek has ranked Jewish Home among the top three large nursing homes in New York State on the prestigious America’s Best Nursing Homes 2027 list — with Jewish Home ranked the highest among all upstate nursing homes outside of New York City.

Jewish Home has been awarded the “Best of Show” honor from the McKnight's Tech Awards for an internal technology integration that advances efficiency and productivity — specially chosen among all entries for a "combination of strategic thinking, innovative delivery, and needle-moving results."

Jewish Home won the top award nationally after earning the "Gold" award in the Home Grown category for independently developing and implementing a technology-driven improvement that enhances care and services. Jewish Home also was recognized as a finalist in the Innovator of the Year category for the TekHub device and digital-access support program for older adults.

Some of our residents helped add a little color to our raised garden beds by planting mums and other seasonal flowers!

It was a fun afternoon of enjoying the sunshine, getting our hands dirty, and helping make our community even more beautiful for the fall season.
