The UR Mentor Lab is a new initiative at URochester to support faculty across the enterprise through facilitated group peer mentoring. The first Facilitator cohort completed our final Book Camp this week and we’re ready to go with four new groups of faculty this Fall!
Each of the four groups are named after an Olmsted Park in Rochester. My group (last photo) is Maplewood Park. Wooot woot! 🌳
Thanks to the curriculum developers at Weill Cornell and The Office of Medical Education for bringing this program to us!
