🌈 LGBTQIA+ Therapists Supporting LGBTQIA+ Folx...every hue of you is welcome.🏳️‍🌈

Affirming care isn't just something Spotted Rabbit Studio offers; it's something many of our therapists live and understand personally.

This Pride Month, we're celebrating the LGBTQIA+ clinicians who help make our practice a space for authenticity, creativity, healing, and belonging. Their lived experiences, professional expertise, and commitment to affirming care help create an environment where clients can show up as their full selves.

While every person's story is unique, there can be something powerful about working with someone who understands aspects of your experience firsthand.

Because representation matters. Community matters. And everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, respected, and supported. Wherever you are in your journey, we'd love to connect with you. No waitlist, with flexible in-person and virtual options available. MVP Health Care is accepted by participating in-network therapists.

🌟 Please join us in welcoming Mars Reyna, LCAT-P (they/them), to Spotted Rabbit Creative Arts Therapy!

"As a deaf/disabled, q***r, neurodivergent art therapist, my goal is to provide laid-back and engaging art therapy for clients like me. Traditional therapy can be challenging for many folks--from sterile offices to needing to carry the session to having to educate your therapist about the basics of who you are. Therapy should be accessible to everyone, and I aim to create a less serious space where you can show up as your authentic self while still engaging in the difficult and sacred work of becoming."

Their approach combines art therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, and even video game therapy to create a therapeutic experience that feels accessible, engaging, and genuinely human.

Mars works especially well with clients who are tired of masking, exhausted by relationship dynamics, questioning who they are, or seeking a deeper sense of belonging and self-understanding. Their style is direct, action-oriented, affirming, and infused with creativity and humor—making therapy feel less intimidating and more connected to real life.

Mars specializes in supporting clients navigating:
🎨 Neurodivergence & executive functioning
🌈 LGBTQIA+ issues & identity exploration
🧠 Complex trauma
🤝 Relationships & people-pleasing
💛 Self-esteem & self-acceptance
🦻 Deafness & hearing loss

Coming soon to our Greece location, Mars is now scheduling new clients and offers services in both English and ASL.

If you've been searching for a therapist who understands the intersections of disability, neurodivergence, q***rness, and identity from lived experience, we'd love for you to meet Mars.

🌈 What should you do if coming out to family doesn't go the way you hoped?

What helps make Pride Month even more fun and supportive?

How does therapy make you feel confident in your identity and sense of self?

As part of our Pride Month LGBTQIA+ Therapist Spotlight Series, Spotted Rabbit art therapist Kyle Lang, LCAT (he/him), shares thoughtful insights on navigating coming out, caring for yourself during Pride Month, and finding the safety, connection, and trust that help therapy be most effective.💪🏼

Whether you're questioning, out and proud, newly exploring your identity, or supporting someone you love, we hope these reflections offer encouragement, validation, and a reminder that you don't have to navigate it all alone. 💜

“Exploring the self is a personal journey where it is essential to set aside time away from outside influences and connect with the values, beliefs, roles, and experiences that make up the whole of you.” Swipe through to hear Kyle's perspective and join the conversation.
