Some people leave an imprint on your heart that never fades. ❤️
Craig will never be forgotten!

From the first time I met Craig he was full of life and always had a smile on his face and an encouraging word to lift you up. The first picture was taken at a functional medicine meeting. Several days later, I woke up to an early morning text from Craig telling me that he and his family were coming down with COVID. I immediately sprang into action, calling in scripts and putting together an immune-support package for them. That was simply what friendship looked like—we looked out for one another.

The second picture was taken during a very different season, when Craig was the one supporting me through my own health journey. That was Craig. Always caring, always encouraging, always showing up for the people he loved.

And then there is the last picture. The beautiful sunset tonight feels like a little sign from Craig—a reminder that although he has left this earthly place, his presence and his love haven’t disappeared. I like to think he is still watching over all of us.

Craig was so full of love, kindness, joy, and genuine concern for others.

Love doesn’t end when someone leaves this earth. It simply takes on a different form.
One of the most meaningful ways we can continue to support Craig and honor the work he cared so deeply about is by continuing to support Tru Functional Health, his healing center on 16 N Street. By walking through those doors, supporting the center, and continuing the healing work he believed in, we help keep a piece of Craig’s beautiful legacy alive. ❤️

Spending time with family is priceless. ❤️

There’s something especially wonderful about time together at the Mee cabin. Thank you, Ory and Pat, for letting us join you for a beautiful evening around the bonfire, stargazing, and simply enjoying each other’s company.

We watched the most incredible progression of the moon rising over the water, and then woke to a breathtaking sunrise the next morning.
