Nurse Spotlight!

A core value at Bayada is reliability. Brittney is just that, along with going above and beyond to support her client's scheduling needs. As her client prepares to get married later this summer, she is taking on the honor of helping him get ready for the day and will be with them all day to allow him the opportunity to be a husband and for his future wife to just be his wife. She encourages her client, talks him through everything she does and provides a level of care that relaxes him and his fiancé. Brittney, we are so thankful you are apart of our team!

A joyful and compassionate presence can make all the difference, and Sakina brings that to every client and family she serves.

She approaches even the most difficult conversations with grace, providing education in a way that meets caregivers where they are and empowers them with confidence. Throughout her time with BAYADA, Sakina has shown tremendous growth and is always eager to learn, support others, and provide the highest quality care.

Sakina truly is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day to everyone she meets. Her kindness, dedication, and positive spirit leave a lasting impact on clients, families, and teammates alike.

Nurse Spotlight!
At Bayada we have a variety of coverage and flexibility for not only our clients but our nurses as well. Sarah is one of our part time nurses, she works consistently with one of our current clients. She is quick to provide updates to family, doctors and the office staff with excellent communication skills. Her quick thinking and assessment skills have supported her client well. Thank you for all your hard work Sarah (RN), we are so lucky to have you on our team!

Last Wednesday, our teams from Saint Paul, Minneapolis, St. Cloud, and Rochester got together for a Twins game! It was a great opportunity to step away from our day-to-day work and spend quality time together. Even though we connect with each other every day, there's nothing like getting everyone together in person.

We're grateful for a team that supports one another and makes time to celebrate together. Here's to more moments like these! ⚾💙

This milestone represents our continued commitment to providing high-quality care and support to clients and families throughout the Rochester community. We are grateful to our dedicated team, community partners, clients, and families who have helped make this achievement possible.

Wayne thrives in a peaceful and warm environment and that is exactly what his home is. While he has moments when anxious can front, a nurturing calm presence goes a long way. He enjoys getting out in nature and feeling the wind on his face. All of our staff deeply care for him, and to know Wayne is to love him!

Kyra is our newest RN! She has been an LPN working in home health care since 2020. She is dedicated to her clients, is always willing to learn new practices and support the families she works with by researching and furthering her knowledge. Her heart lies with supporting long-term clients with complex medical needs and to help give them the best quality of life. Kyra's love for what she does is evident as soon as she walks into a room.
