Dr. Bell specializes in cataract and glaucoma surgery and is passionate about helping patients protect and improve their vision through advanced surgical care and innovative technology.

With advanced fellowship training in medical and surgical glaucoma management, Dr. Bell has a special interest in innovations in cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures designed to provide outstanding patient outcomes.

A Rogers native, Dr. Bell is proud to care for patients in the community he calls home and is committed to helping prevent blindness and improve quality of life throughout Northwest Arkansas.

His education and training include:
✨ University of Arkansas Chancellor’s Scholar graduate
✨ Medical degree from UAMS
✨ Ophthalmology residency at Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis
✨ Glaucoma fellowship training at Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City
