A few years ago, Mallory became the first mother in PEARL’s Women’s Recovery Housing Program to welcome a child while living in our recovery home.

Now, we get to celebrate something incredibly special.

We’ve had the privilege of watching Mallory and Dylan build a beautiful life in recovery with an incredible commitment to their family. Seeing Dylan step up into this role and watch a baby turn into a little boy who found his safe harbor and future in the man looking back at him from the very beginning has truly been inspirational. Through every challenge, they’ve shown up, done the work, and trusted the process. Their story is a powerful reminder that recovery doesn’t just change one life. It creates new possibilities for generations to come.

After a long journey filled with faith and perseverance, the adoption of their son is official, and the Wilson family is complete. We are so proud of the family they have built and so grateful to have witnessed this milestone alongside them.

Please join us in celebrating the Wilson family and this beautiful new chapter.

We couldn’t be happier for you. ❤️

Meet Tojuana Greenlaw, PEARL's Peer Recovery Supervisor.

Tojuana began her recovery journey in July 2010 and has spent more than a decade transforming lived experience into leadership, advocacy, and service to others.

After completing treatment at Quality Living Center, she remained engaged as both an alumni member and employee, where she continued growing in her recovery and professional development. Guided by strong mentors and role models, Tojuana became a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and later completed all three levels of the Arkansas Model for Peer Recovery.

Today, Tojuana serves as PEARL's Peer Recovery Supervisor and continues to make an impact across Arkansas. She is a Trainer of Trainers, serves on the Arkansas Peer Ethics Review Board (APERB), and the IMI Lived and Living Experience Matters Committee, and has earned her National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) credential.

Tojuana is deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journeys and giving back to the communities she serves. Her leadership reflects the power of recovery, resilience, and lived experience.

We are honored to have Tojuana as part of the PEARL team.

Today we’re celebrating Jordan’s one-year anniversary with PEARL! 🎉

Over the past year, Jordan has grown from Recovery Housing Specialist to Programs Manager, bringing compassion, leadership, and integrity to everything she does.

As a graduate of PEARL’s Women’s Recovery House, Jordan understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with recovery. She uses her lived experience every day to support others, lead by example, and help ensure our programs continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Jordan’s heart for people, commitment to recovery, and passion for PEARL’s mission make her an invaluable part of our team.

Please join us in congratulating Jordan on her first year with PEARL and all she has accomplished. We are grateful to have her with us and excited to see what the future holds!

❤️ Congratulations, Jordan!
