Dr. Ramani Durvasula, Dr Christine Cocchiola, and Dr Catherine Barrett (I’ve worked with her on a case) are coming to the Fayetteville Library on Saturday, October 17th! Registration is available through Freedom Finders Event Calendar. There will be alot of education on identifying narcissistic abuse, the psychological impacts, and learning recovery tools to get back into your life and out of the abusers life!!

This is not a post I wanted to make on a Timmie Tuesday. TImmie is sick and has inflammatory bowel disease and is pictured here at the vet….obviously scared. We have been here all afternoon getting IV’s and testing. Please pray for him. I feel very sad. 🌿 🐶

Headed out to the dog park yesterday and “cleared my head” after a long training. Get out there when you feel overwhelmed, it’s amazing how much a little nature and fun with dogs will clear your mind.

TImmie is a wonderful emotional support during therapy sessions. My clients tell me how much they enjoy seeing him, and that part of the “experience” of coming into my office is having him there to greet them!
