Together, care partner teams strive to enhance well-being by eliminating the three plagues of loneliness, helplessness, and boredom. “We are excited to announce that The Villa at Uintah Basin Healthcare is now under new management!

While we remain owned and affiliated with UBH, the facility is now proudly managed by Avalon Healthcare Group.

As we begin this new chapter, we are also expanding our team and are currently hiring for multiple positions including RN, LPN, and Therapy Services.

We had so much fun with Mike Labrum, Nate Snow, Garry Rohrer, and Terry, Dan and Polly Karren, Cathy Nolte, and Mckell Despain, and JR Bird as they brought breathtaking mustangs and vintage cars for the Villa residents to take a lil stroll around town, creating smiles and memories. Gratitude abounds to all who made this spectacular event possible, to our exceptional leadership at the villa, dedicated clinical staff, and of course, our remarkable visitors with their magnificent cars.

Splish splash, we had a blast and many of us got drenched! We're hooked on fishing trips with DWR and volunteers. The residents had a whale of a time soaking up the sun and shade, catching fish and then watching them swim away - it's all part of the fun! Thanks to all the masterminds behind this wet and wild adventure, we had the most fin-tastic time ever!

What an unforgettable experience filled with joy and cheers and laughter as we sped our creatively crafted pinewood derby cars down the track, and the champions are Anita and Sherwood they achieved the fastest times !!! We honored all the remarkable women at the villa with an early Mother’s Day luncheon on the pavilion, filling the air with jubilation and gratitude. The delectable food was completely devoured, wonderful music filled the atmosphere, uplifting conversations flowed freely, and pure happiness radiated among these extraordinary mothers, grandmothers, great and great great grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and daughters, all celebrated with love and admiration.

We joyfully commemorated our annual senior prom at the villa, where smiles, live music, laughter, and dancing filled the air. This enchanting night is a treasure trove of memories from days gone by! As we crowned this year's king and queen, their faces lit up with unforgettable surprise. Another moment etched in memory! Gratitude to all who helped make this evening truly unforgettable.

There is nothing quite like an Easter egg hunt to fill our hearts with joy and make us smile! Thanks to the incredible Villa staff and selfless Villa volunteers, we were privileged to make this unforgettable experience happen. We ended up with a couple of ties, and in the spirit of fun, the volunteers had to complete a thrilling head shoulders knees and toes challenge with cups to determine the ultimate winner.
