Join us July 27 – August 1, 2026, at the Russell Springs Elementary School Gym from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM!

🩺 Screening options include:
• $20 Health Screening Package
• $15 PSA Blood Work (Men Only)
• FREE Stroke Screening Available

💳 Cash, check, and credit/debit cards accepted.

⚠️ For the best blood work results, please FAST after midnight before your screening date.

📍 Parking available behind the gym entrance.
