Calling all NICU grads and families! 💙

Sutter Roseville Medical Center’s annual NICU Reunion is almost here, and we can’t wait to welcome our NICU families back for a special day of connection, celebration and fun.

Join us as we celebrate how far our NICU graduates have come and reconnect with the care teams and families who shared in their journeys. Bring your swim clothes for some splash pad fun, and if you’d like, an unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots. 🧸

We hope to see you there! Find all the event details below. 👇

When someone experiences a stroke or heart attack, every minute counts. ❤️

We're proud to share that 19 Sutter hospital campuses have been recognized through the American Heart Association's 2026 Get With The Guidelines® program for dedication to excellence in stroke, cardiac, resuscitation and heart failure care.

For patients and families, these recognitions represent more than awards. They reflect access to timely, evidence-based care close to home and giving patients the best opportunity for recovery.

Congratulations to our physicians, nurses and care teams whose dedication to quality, safety and continuous improvement helps deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve.

The need for mental health care and diagnostic imaging is growing, and so is the need for the physicians who provide it.

That's why we're proud to announce that Sutter Health has received accreditation for two new residency programs in Psychiatry and Diagnostic Radiology. By training the next generation of physicians, we're expanding access to much-needed mental health and diagnostic care across the Sacramento region and beyond.

We look forward to welcoming our inaugural class of residents in Summer 2027 and continuing to invest in the people who make this care possible!

Recovery and healing are a team effort, and the Sacramento River Cats were ready to play their part. ⚾️ Players and Dinger visited Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Sutter Rehabilitation Institute to spend time with patients and staff, even joining a few physical therapy sessions to cheer patients on in their recovery.

A big thank you to the River Cats for bringing smiles, encouragement, and a little extra joy to our care teams and patients! 💙

During National Critical Care Awareness and Recognition Month, we’re recognizing the ICU teams across Sutter Health who provide lifesaving care during patients’ most vulnerable moments. 💙

From trauma and respiratory failure to infection and organ failure, critical care demands extraordinary coordination, clinical expertise and compassion. Through early recognition and rapid treatment, Sutter clinicians helped save 772 lives in the past year among patients with septic shock—the most severe form of sepsis.

In 2026, multiple Sutter hospitals were also recognized by Healthgrades for superior outcomes in critical care and sepsis treatment.

Thank you to our ICU teams for the skill, resilience and humanity you bring to patients and families every day.

Celebrating Kangaroo Care Month at Sutter Roseville Medical Center 💛

This month, our lactation team is highlighting the powerful impact of skin-to-skin contact between parents and their newborns.

Kangaroo care may look like a simple cuddle, but those early moments of connection can help regulate a baby’s heart rate, breathing and temperature, support healthy growth, and promote breastfeeding success. It also helps strengthen bonding and build confidence for parents during the newborn journey.

At Sutter Roseville, we’re proud to support families every step of the way — encouraging moments of connection that can make a lifelong difference. ✨
