"I felt like I left my body."

This is a common experiences a lot of men share with me after a Sacred Alchemy Soundbath.

Many describe feeling as though they were floating above themselves, observing from a different perspective or becoming aware of a space beyond the room. Others say they could "see" themselves from the outside or felt connected to something much larger than their physical body.

For some, this can feel surprising the first time. But it is far more common than most people realize.

As the nervous system settles and the mind becomes quiet, your brain naturally shifts into slower brainwave states associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and heightened awareness. In these states, the constant mental chatter quiets down, allowing you to experience yourself beyond your everyday thinking mind.

Many spiritual traditions describe this as expanded consciousness, a state where your awareness is no longer limited to your physical senses. Rather than "leaving" your body, many people experience a profound expansion of awareness while remaining deeply safe and supported.

You are simply accessing levels of perception that are often drowned out by the noise of everyday life.

Each person's experience is unique. Some receive vivid imagery, some experience profound peace, some feel waves of emotion, and others simply rest more deeply than they have in years.

There is nothing you need to force.
Simply allow yourself to become curious.

Sometimes, when the mind becomes still, awareness expands and that's where many of life's most profound insights can come through.

✨ Have you ever experienced muscle flutters, twitches, or spontaneous movements during a soundbath and wondered what was happening to your body?

For many people, these subtle movements are a natural response as the nervous system begins to shift into deep restorative rest.

One of the most common questions I hear after a soundbath is:

-Why did I experience muscle flutters or twitches?
-What was happening in my body?

If you've ever noticed gentle muscle flutters, subtle twitches, spontaneous movements, or muscular releases during a soundbath, know that these can be a completely natural response.

As your nervous system shifts from a state of constant doing, protecting, and surviving into deep restorative rest, your body may begin releasing layers of accumulated tension and stress. This process of nervous system regulation can sometimes be expressed through small involuntary movements, muscle flutters, or gentle muscular releases.

Think of it as your body finally exhaling after holding on for much longer than it needed to.

From a nervous system perspective, these responses may reflect your body unwinding long-held protective patterns and settling into a greater sense of safety, regulation, and ease.

From an energetic perspective, many people experience these movements as sacred unwinding, a gentle reorganization of energy as stagnant patterns begin to soften and life force begins flowing more freely throughout the body.

Sometimes it's the body quietly saying:

I finally feel safe enough to let go.

Not everyone experiences physical movement and that's perfectly normal too. Every nervous system has its own unique language.

Some people experience stillness.
Others notice warmth, tingling, emotion, tears, muscle flutters, twitches, spontaneous movements, energy releases, or profound peace.

There is no right way for your body to respond.
Your body holds incredible innate wisdom.

When given the opportunity to slow down, rest deeply, and receive it often knows exactly what it needs to do.

Rest is not passive.

It is a sacred invitation for your nervous system, body, mind, and spirit to remember what wholeness feels like.

We have crossed over into the second half of 2026 the Year of the Fire Horse.

Take a moment and look back.
What has this year asked of you?
What has fallen away?
What has become clearer?
What have you outgrown?

For many, the first half of 2026 has been a season of revelation and realignment.

The Fire Horse energy does not tend to tolerate stagnation. It illuminates what is alive, what is authentic, and what is ready to move. Anything built on obligation, people-pleasing, fear, or outdated identities may have felt increasingly uncomfortable to maintain.

Some have experienced dramatic shifts.
Others have felt subtle but undeniable changes within themselves.

Either way, the invitation has been the same:
✨️ Become more aligned with who you truly are.

As we navigate the second half of the year, the energy becomes less about discovering what is out of alignment and more about embodying what has been revealed.

✨️ This is where integration deepens and a new way of being emerges.

The invitation is to trust what you've learned.
Trust what your body has been telling you.
Trust what your nervous system has been teaching you. Trust the wisdom beneath the noise.

The second half of 2026 asks us to move from awareness into embodiment.

From knowing into living.
From insight into integration.

Energetically and spiritually, pay attention to:
✨ Where you are still forcing instead of allowing.
✨ Where your mind is louder than your heart.
✨ Where old survival patterns are disguising themselves as intuition.
✨ Where your nervous system is asking for greater safety, coherence, and capacity.
✨ Where life is inviting you to expand beyond familiar limitations.

This is not necessarily a season for pushing harder.
It is a season for becoming more congruent.
More coherent.
More authentic.
More embodied.

The opportunities ahead are not about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more fully yourself.

The Fire Horse is a powerful teacher of freedom, authenticity, courage, and movement. But true freedom is not running from yourself.

It is being so deeply anchored within yourself that your choices naturally align with your soul.

One of the greatest misunderstandings is the belief that every painful thing we witness, experience, or become aware of must somehow be a reflection of something unresolved within us.

While self-awareness is a powerful tool, there is a difference between conscious reflection and spiritual self-blame.

Not everything that enters our awareness is ours to carry. Not everything we witness is ours to fix.
And not everything we resonate with is evidence of a wound within us.

Sometimes we become aware of suffering simply because we have the capacity to bring light to it.
This is where sacred sovereignty comes in.

Sacred sovereignty reminds us that we are not powerless observers in this world. Nor are we required to internalize every injustice, every tragedy, every conflict, or every act of harm as something that must first be healed within ourselves before we can respond.

Instead, we are gifted with one of the most profound spiritual capacities available to us:
The power to bless.

A blessing is not passive. It is not bypassing. It is not pretending something painful did not occur.

A blessing is a conscious act of energetic alchemy.
When we bless a situation, we are choosing to call forth the highest expression available for all involved.

We are invoking divine intelligence, compassion, wisdom, clarity, accountability, restoration, and grace into a circumstance that may appear fractured or disconnected from love.

When we bless the people involved, even those whose actions we do not understand or agree with, we are not condoning behavior. We are acknowledging that every soul has access to transformation.

Blessing shifts us from judgment into stewardship.
From reaction into creation. From powerlessness into participation.

The mind often asks: Why is this showing up in my reality? What is wrong with me that I attracted this?

While these questions can sometimes offer insight, they can also become a trap that keeps us looping in self-analysis and self-criticism.

A more empowering question may be:
What frequency do I wish to contribute to this situation?

This world needs more hearts willing to remember their sovereignty and consciously transmit blessings. 💖

✨ A Sacred Pause ✨

As many of you know, family is one of my greatest blessings. In the coming months, I'll be stepping into a season of celebration, presence, and adventure as my son prepares to get married and our family gathers for this beautiful milestone. Along with wedding festivities, I'll also be taking time for travel, rest, and creating cherished memories with those I love.

As a result, Sacred Alchemy & Soundbaths will be entering a sacred pause for the next few months.

Any sound baths, private events, ceremonies, and commitments that are already scheduled will absolutely be honored with the same love, presence, and intention I bring to every experience. However, I will not be accepting any additional bookings during this time.

This is not a goodbye, simply an honoring of life's natural rhythms. Just as we are called to create space for integration, renewal, and reflection, I am answering that same invitation in my own life.

To every soul who has shared a soundbath, ceremony, retreat, conversation, or moment of connection with me, thank you. It has been a profound honor to witness your expansion, your empowerment, and your embodinent.

I look forward to returning refreshed, inspired, and ready to create even more meaningful experiences together.

Until then, may you trust your path, embrace your own seasons, and receive exactly what you are ready for in the most ideal way with grace, ease, and divine timing. 💖

What if the music that inspired you as a child was quietly shaping your life's path?

I started playing piano between 7-8 years old.

I thought I was simply learning notes and melodies.

What I didn't know was that sound would become one of my greatest teachers.

Music made me feel something. It gave expression to emotions that words couldn't always reach. It had the power to comfort, inspire, move, and connect.

Now, 40 years later, I find myself sitting behind crystal singing bowls, sharing sound in a way I never could have imagined as that little girl learning scales on a piano.

What continues to amaze me is that sound is so much more than something we hear. It is something we experience. It can shift our state, influence our energy, invite us into stillness, awaken emotions, and create space for profound introspection and connection. Often the effects are subtle, yet deeply transformative.

From piano keys to crystal bowls.

From playing notes to holding space through vibration.

From a love of music to a reverence for the power of sound.

It is such an honor to share these sacred frequencies with others and witness the ways sound touches people beyond words.

My heart is filled with gratitude for this path, for the music that first called to me, and for the beautiful journey it has become.

Music has always helped us feel.

Sound has the power to help us remember.
