📣 CALLING LOCAL WELLNESS VENDORS!

Want to get your business in front of 100+ local Yelpers who love discovering, supporting, and sharing their favorite local businesses?

On November 14, EneRay is hosting a special Yelp event designed around something more powerful than handing out business cards: experiential marketing.

We’re looking for local businesses and practitioners who want to share a complimentary sample, mini experience, product, or service that lets guests actually experience what you do.

✨ 100+ local Yelpers in attendance
✨ Instagram & TikTok coverage
✨ Professional event photography
✨ Yelp email newsletter exposure
✨ An opportunity to turn introductions into future customers

We’re looking for holistic practitioners, wellness services, healthy food & drink vendors, local makers, wellness brands, and other businesses that align with our community.

Bring what you do. We’ll bring the audience.

Be careful saying “holistic wellness” within earshot of us…we will appear 😂

And if you’ve never heard of an EESystem, you’re definitely not alone! We always love getting the chance to talk about what it is, show you around the EE room, and answer all your questions.

Curious? Ask us about it in the comments or send us a message—we’ve been waiting for this moment 👀✨

What if your October had a little more room to pause—and a soundtrack to go with it? ✨

We have TWO Sacred Alchemy Sound Baths this month. Come settle in, listen, and enjoy an afternoon away from the usual noise.

🗓 Sunday, October 4 · 2–3:30 PM
🗓 Saturday, October 24 · 2–3:30 PM

October at Eneray is looking a little… full 👀🌿

Whether you need to move it out, breathe it out, meditate it out, or quite literally sit in a comfy chair and do absolutely nothing for an hour… we’ve got you. 😂

✨ Here’s what’s unfolding this month:

🔥 First Friday Movement Night
🌬️ Breathwork every Thursday
🧘 Guided Meditation Hours
🌿 EESessions
✨ Community gatherings & special experiences
🎶 Sound, movement, connection & plenty of space to slow down

And yes…Breathwork is officially back EVERY Thursday! Sheila and Atahana will alternate between Morning Reset Breathwork and Breathwork for Transformation, giving you a different way to reconnect each week.

Swipe through to explore what’s happening, save this post for later, and send it to the friend who keeps saying, “we need to do something soon.”

Well. Here’s something. 😂

Do I need to sit close to the screens? Keep my eyes open? Feel something right away? 👀

These are some of the questions we hear before a first EESession. The short answer: get comfortable, let yourself settle in, and don’t worry about having a “right” experience. Some guests notice a sense of calm; others simply enjoy the quiet. Everyone’s experience is their own.

Have another question about the EE room? Drop it below—we might answer it in the next reel. 🌿
