As another unforgettable summer comes to a close, our hearts are so full. ☀️💜

Our little Yogis and Mini Movers are soaking up every last moment of camp—splashing in the pool, exploring the beach, laughing with friends, and embracing every adventure our summer curriculum has brought.

Watching these children grow in confidence, kindness, curiosity, and joy has been the greatest gift.

While we’re sad to see summer end, we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead!

School begins August 10th, and we have been hard at work creating brand-new lesson plans, dynamic activities, meaningful mindful experiences, and fresh opportunities for every child to move, learn, and thrive. 🤸🏻‍♀️

And that’s not all… we have some incredibly exciting news about our growing Florida team that we can’t wait to share with you soon! 🌟

Sometimes the best exercise doesn’t feel like exercise at all. 🥁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Yesterday our mini movers ran to the beat of the drum, laughing, listening, and letting the rhythm guide their feet. Through playful movement, children build strength, coordination, balance, focus, and confidence—all while having an absolute blast!

When exercise is filled with music, imagination, and joy, children develop a lifelong love of staying active. And that’s a rhythm worth celebrating. ❤️

CKMN was recently featured in Newsweek in an article examining the growth of the $8.5 billion children’s wellness market and a new generation of mobile franchises bringing programs directly into the places children already spend their days.

For more than 25 years, our programs have helped children move, build confidence, practice mindfulness, and discover that being active can simply be part of everyday life.

Today, our growing national network is helping bring that mission into more communities while creating meaningful business ownership opportunities for people who want their work to make a difference.

🦁🌿 Jungle Safari Adventure! 🦒🐘

Our preschool explorers set off on an exciting jungle safari during summer camp, where imagination led the way!

From stomping like elephants 🐘 and stretching like giraffes🦒to roaring like lions 🦁 and searching for hidden jungle friends, every adventure sparked curiosity, movement, and laughter.

Through creative play, our little adventurers built confidence, practiced teamwork, and discovered that learning is even more magical when it’s filled with fun. Watching their eyes light up with wonder reminds us that the greatest adventures begin with imagination.

Week 4 of Summer Camp kicked off today 🤩🧘🏻‍♀️💪🏻 The Discovery School of Jacksonville Beach!

On a more sentimental note, as the owner of CKMN Jacksonville, it continues to fill my heart, fuel my soul, and truly leave me each day feeling like I did “something” positive for our children. As a mother, a business owner, and most importantly a human being…these children continue to be the reason WHY I do what I do each and every day. 💕

So, thank you PARENTS, SCHOOLS, and everyone 💙 for being a part of a movement towards children’s health, a moment in time, and allowing ME to be that catalyst in your children’s lives that possibly encourages a more mindful world 🌎 . Gratitude does not encompass how I actually feel 🥹!
