One small habit that can make the biggest difference for your kiddos teeth? Make brushing the very last step before bed. 🪥

Milk and juice contain sugar that can sit on teeth overnight and increase the risk of cavities. They can still enjoy their favorite drink, just aim for drink first, brush after. 🦷✨

Before he was Dr. Higbee… he was this little guy.

Today we’re celebrating the man behind the title and we figured his birthday was the perfect excuse to bring out the baby pictures. (You’re welcome. 😂)A lot has changed since then, but the smile and the personality? Still going strong.

We’re so grateful for everything Dr. Higbee brings to our patients, our team, and our community.

And every superhero needs the right gear → a good toothbrush, fluoride toothpaste, floss + two minutes of brushing twice a day can go a long way toward keeping those little smiles strong.
