A belated Happy Norwegian Constitution Day! The Lyngblomsten Apartments combined their May birthday celebration with Norway's big anniversary day, usually celebrated on May 17 (Syttende Mai), with a lineup of traditional foods like lefse, rommegrot, and fresh krumkake cookies. Happy birthday to Norway and everyone else born this month!
