I’m starting today my oral peptides. Bioactive peptides that are derived from nature, not synthetic or injectables.

Started first thing this morning with my 16 ounces of water and electrolytes
Next, I just worked out 4 miles of walking and running and then I will take my FIT peptide which works on muscle strength, growth, endurance, and recovery and it’s a natural precursor to NAD
