Today is National Start Over Day 🌿

No matter what yesterday looked like, today is a chance to begin again.
At The Remedy Project, we believe that renewal is possible—that lives can be transformed, hope can be restored, and healing can take root in even the hardest places.

✨ A fresh start might be the bravest step you take.

Recovery isn’t a single moment—it’s a process.

One step at a time. One day at a time. With grace for the hard days and hope for what’s ahead.

At The Remedy Project, we’re here to support that journey—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—because true healing reaches every part of life.

💛 You don’t have to do this alone.

June is PTSD Awareness Month đź’š

Trauma and addiction are often deeply connected—and healing requires compassion, understanding, and support. PTSD can affect anyone, and too many people struggle in silence due to stigma or lack of resources.

At The Remedy Project, we believe in creating safe spaces where healing can begin and hope can grow.

✨ You are seen. You are valued. Help is here.

Hope is where healing begins.

At The Remedy Project, everything we do is rooted in the belief that change is possible—for individuals, for families, and for entire communities. Through compassionate, Christ-centered support, we walk alongside those facing addiction and remind them they are never alone.

✨ No matter where you are in your journey, there is always a path forward.

We look forward to seeing you in Group!

Our Christ-centered recovery program men's and women's groups meet separately on Mondays.

The purpose of FFR is to educate family members about addiction and its impact on all members of the family. The sessions cover topics such as codependency and enabling while offering emotional support to family members.

There is no cost to attend our group meetings.

For more information about these meetings contact John at (912) 580-7679.

Please share this post to let others in our community know about this FREE resource. Thank you!

May is and we want to encourage anyone seeing this to keep taking those necessary steps - however small - because small steps can lead to big progress in mental health.

Wherever you are in your recovery journey — steady, struggling, or somewhere in between — God meets you there.

You don’t have to have it all together to be held, guided, or strengthened.

You are not walking this alone.

Addiction doesn’t just affect one person—it impacts families, friends, and entire communities.

That’s why The Remedy Project provides support not only for individuals, but for the loved ones walking this road alongside them.

Together, we believe lives can be transformed, families restored, and hope renewed. 🤍
