At Sweet Bye N Bye, our 6:1 caregiver-to-resident ratio and small setting allow for more focused observation and individualized attention. Our caregivers and nursing team have the opportunity to get to know what is normal for each resident and notice changes along the way. Sometimes the little things are worth paying attention to.
