This morning in the late summer morning dew. Which feels different from the early summer dew doesn’t it?

The artistry of it almost mimics the builder of this house if you stretch your imagination.

What captured me was the center is so perfect but the edges are softer and are reaching in all directions. Not like we are used to but yet, still supporting the middle.

How is your center?

Is it the same as before?

Maybe it feels different now.

Has it moved?

Or has everything else around it changed?

Reflections Day 3: Through the “Mundane”

Cooking meals.
Folding laundry.
Paying bills.
Answering emails.
Sweeping the floor.

These moments can often feel repetitive, Small and Ordinary.
But what if they are devotional?
What if tending your home is tending your nervous system?
What if preparing food is alchemy?
What if presence and gratitude in the smallest task shifts the frequency of your entire space?

The sacred is not separate from your daily life.
It is woven into it.
How can you infuse one simple task today with intention?

This week I was invited to offer an energy session in a person - a rarity since closing my own studio.

When we step out of deep quietness we are in - which is really not quiet but rather INTENSITY - you’re never really sure how it’s going to go.

Then it goes beautifully. Just how it was supposed to. Just how we are guided to show up to serve.

And yet, I take note how different it feels for me. A lot of the ‘old ways’ were let go long ago. The loud guidance has become softly spoken. More of myself shows up yet - less of the ego. It feels different. More from the heart.

I’m grateful for the letting go of ‘this is what I need to do’. And just do. I encourage you to experience it.

Upon exiting, we were met by a recently passed 🐝bee right on the floor. It most definitely was not there before. We scooped up his little quiet body and placed him peacefully near the trees.

Both of us fully understanding the messages he was there to deliver:

“Spiritually, a dead bee represents the end of a cycle. Something in your life is finishing. It could be a job, a relationship, or a phase of personal growth. The bee tells you that it is okay to let go.”

And it is ok! Staying tied to old ways, old learning, blocks all that is new. This is the surrender 💖

Leaving the perfectionism behind and simply enjoying the creating.

Had fun making this! Now I can’t wait to fill it with all the things. Perhaps I’ll tuck it in my ‘someday trip’ to Ireland bag.

In honor of the Beltane Fire Festival 🔥 in Edinburgh I’m sharing my Calton Hill under the full moon pics.

I had an experience there that night that I still don’t speak of. Maybe someday. 💫

It’s said that many times construction was attempted on this hill but the siog (fae) protect the land and all attempts were left undone.
