WAV PT is home to GYROTONIC® South Orange County and is proud to host Teacher Trainings in our beautiful beach town of San Clemente, CA — welcoming movement professionals from both our local community and beyond!

▫️ Level I GYROTONIC® Pre-Training
Feb 26 – Mar 3 with Alicia Parrish
The first step toward entering the Level I Certification pathway. This course can also be taken for personal enrichment. If you’ve been considering deepening your practice — or taking a step toward teaching — this is a natural place to begin!

▫️ GYROTONIC® Level I Teacher Training Foundation Course
Begins March 12 with Alicia Parrish
3 consecutive long weekends (Th–Sun)
Registration deadline: Feb 26

May 8 – 10 with SMT Chantal Deeble

GYROTONIC® Applications for Runners is the ideal user guide for anatomically correct running, for beginners and professionals. In this course, students learn how to prepare the body for a lifetime of efficient, injury-free, enjoyable running.
