Motherhood… wow what a ride 😅- 2 weeks postpartum & I cannot count the emotions I have felt…

From our pregnancy 🤰🏻, to our birth story and now the 4th trimester…

Happiness, sadness, physical pain, joy, love, confusion, regret, feelings of being superwoman and at the same time feelings of failure… the most incredible connection, and at the same time questioning if what I am doing is enough. The greatest love, and the greatest worry (especially those 1st few days of life)…

What a rollercoaster 🎢 this is… and Jax I am so honored to be your mama and learn everyday from you and from this life of ours!

What has been your biggest motherhood moment or emotion? Having the of other women does wonders… I could have not done this without my tribe!

DO YOU EAT LIVER? Heart? 🫀 Kidney?

It is estimated that 92% of Americans are nutrient-deficient and nearly 50% are deficient in vitamin B12 which can lead to issues like pernicious anemia, vascular disease, stroke, autoimmune conditions, fatigue and dementia

I LOVEEE my liver, but I sure don't eat enough of it ;)

The benefits of having a good ORGAN COMPLEX are incredible, take 5 minutes to watch this video 🎥 w/ my gal Autumn Smith from Paleovalley to learn WHY IT SHOULD BE IN YOUR SUPPLEMENT PROTOCOL!

WTF is motivation anyway? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Motivation without action Won’t do us any good 🤔 so now what? 🤣

To tell you the truth, my motivation is often up ⬆️ & down ⬇️. Most of us are not in a “MOTIVATED” state 24/7 - leta be real 🤣

But there ARE ways to get there…

Today I felt HOPELESS, IRRITATED, overwhelmed… & I knew if I kept pushing through my work, it would get WORSE.

So I took the top off my Jeep 🚗 & drove in the hills ⛰ by my house; then went to grab my favorite cup if joe ☕️.

I also cried for like 1/2 the drive 😆.

BUT I GOT HOME 🏡 AND FELT BETTER.

-motivated

Sometimes we just need to step away & give it some time…
