In a perfect world… You have endlessly expansive awareness and every step and every breath is consciously and intentionally chosen.
Yet, that isn’t reality for any of us.
We all fall short on these two fronts because we are human.
This is why we lean into practices such as Yoga, Breathwork Qi Gong & Meditation. They support us in slowing down, practicing contracting and expanding our awareness and giving us the opportunity of being intentional with our thoughts and movements.
Even witnessing this moment from & Perpetual Health retreat was a beautiful reminder for us to lean back into expanded awareness and intentionally choosing life.
