✨ You have built a career. A family. A home. A beautiful life worth celebrating. And somewhere in there, you've been building a love story within, too.

Don't forget to tend to that little child within you, who needs attention, love, play, and rest. She is working harder than ever to impress you and make you proud so slow down, acknowledge, and appreciate her in all her wonder and glory. I promise you, you will not regret it.

Show her some love, gratitude, and recognition. What is one thing you have done to cultivate a connection with your inner child today? ✨

Summa summer time sadness! Something about it all makes me feel the feels a lot more. Maybe it’s the heat? The kids being home? The fun we get to spend together? Been keeping up with trainings (Thank you Terry Real Immersive Couples Training), clients, kids, and puppy love ❤️

Staying humble and asking my universe and HP to take care of all my stress and worries!

Near and far, I wanted to drop in to share some love and updates from my practice.

Remember to keep it positive today and all season long!

7/7/2026- powerful numerological portal that combines heightened spiritual intuition with themes of introspection, healing, and personal alignment.

It encourages you to pause, look inward, and ensure your actions reflect your true self before leaping into new beginnings.

The energetic breakdown of the date includes:The Number 7 (Intuition & Wisdom): In numerology, 7 is tied to spiritual awakening, deep introspection, and higher consciousness.

When this energy is doubled on July 7, it serves as a gateway to connect with your inner truth and spirit.

The Root Number 6 (Harmony & Love): If you add the full date— 7 + 7 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 6—the sum is 24, which reduces to 6 (2 + 4). This number represents healing, love, and community. It implies that the spiritual insights you discover should be brought back into your daily life and relationships rather than kept in the abstract.

The Universal Year 1 (Initiation): Because 2026 reduces to 1 (2 + 0 + 2 + 6), the year is heavily focused on planting seeds for a new nine-year cycle.

The 7/7 portal acts as a “check-in,” asking you to ensure your new beginnings are genuinely aligned with your soul before moving forward.

If you’ve asked this question — whispered it at 2am, or shouted it in the middle of an argument you’ve had seventeen times before — this is the blog post you’ve been waiting for.

As a couples therapist who specializes in trauma, ADHD, and autism, I hear this question more than almost any other. And it deserves a real answer. Not a deflection. Not a reframe that quietly tells you to be more grateful. A real, honest, clinically grounded answer that actually takes your pain seriously.

In this post, we’re covering:

Why diagnoses sometimes create distance instead of understanding in relationships

The specific pain of being neurodivergent — autistic, ADHD, or trauma-impacted within a relationship — and feeling like your partner wants to fix you rather than love you

The difference between accommodation and management — and why it matters enormously for intimacy.

What your partner might actually be feeling underneath all the research and the systems.

Please do not forget, you are not alone. 🫶🏽Collectively, we are the highest under resourced generation navigating it all often in the fishbowl of social media without a village our ancestors had around them. I see you, as I am in the trenches with you!

If you are navigating professional or parenting burnout, family estrangement, or the particular weight of parenting without a support network, working with a licensed therapist who specializes in high achievers and family systems can be a powerful first step.

You do not have to figure this out alone — even when it has always felt like you do. This Blog will talk to you about what you can do to make steps to get out of the rat race and start feeling your feels, authentically, without loosing yourself, your business, your kids, your presence.

Humans are pretty amazing, if I do say so myself. Where would we ALL be without em? For real; anyone?

Gulp

Don’t leave me hanging folks

Bueller?

All I hear these days is AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini are all getting together to take our jobs and our minds.

Some are excited others are dreading it. Many young people are terrified, recently starting their job searches after graduation.

Therapists are a bit panicked as well from my lens.

So what else could I do but write about it, from the standpoint of social inequality. Some are going places with it as a tool, and others are using it as their lifeline.

What do you think? 🤔

I choose to remain optimistic, I believe in the healing power of connection and only humans can provide what is real to other humans, and these artificial intelligence tools are tools.

I see AI as useful, it’s definitely helpful for my executive functioning struggles and to talk me off a ledge @5:30am when the girlfriends and the therapist are fast asleep, however I cannot replace these amazing humans for a script fed to me.

Reminder: social media and computers can’t provide therapy, this is just for educational purposes. If you’re struggling, reach out to a human.
