A wonderful evening celebrating Chief Paul Yep’s appointment as San Francisco’s first Chief of Public Safety! Chinese Hospital is incredibly proud that one of the 50,000+ babies born at our hospital has risen to this distinguished leadership role.

With decades of experience, Chief Yep’s leadership will be instrumental in strengthening public safety and protecting our community. We are excited to see the positive impact he will make in ensuring a safer and stronger San Francisco!

Thank you to Mayor Daniel Lurie Lurie for selecting Chief Paul Yep for this vital role and recognizing his decades of dedicated service!

A great evening connecting with our Chinatown community! 🏮✨

Chinese Hospital and CCHP were proud to join the annual Chinatown Night Out, bringing neighbors and community partners together for an evening of connection, resources and community spirit.

Our teams loved meeting everyone who stopped by our booth, sharing health information and resources, and catching up with so many familiar faces. ❤️

Thank you to San Francisco Police Department , city departments, community leaders and partners for bringing everyone together and continuing to strengthen the relationships that help keep our neighborhoods safe, connected and strong.

Managing multiple chronic conditions can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. CCHP is here to support members through our Complex Case Management Program, which is designed for members with chronic conditions.​

Our Care Coordination team can help with things like health education and coaching, scheduling primary care and specialist appointments, medication education and review, and transportation coordination for medical appointments.​
