One of the things we enjoy most about facial feminization surgery is that it's never about a single procedure. It's about how the face comes together as a whole.

For this patient, we softened the upper face with forehead contouring, hairline advancement, and a brow lift. Fat transfer to the cheeks added volume through the midface, while a feminizing rhinoplasty refined the nose to better fit the surrounding features.

We also contoured the jaw and advanced the chin to improve balance through the lower face. None of these changes were designed to stand out on their own. The goal was to create harmony across the face while maintaining a natural result.

The best facial feminization results don't make someone look different. They help their features feel more aligned.
