IICA Speech We recently expanded our in-clinic services to Roseville, CA and Kalispell, Montana.

IICA Speech is an adult and pediatric speech and language, feeding, and occupational therapy clinic which has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998. IICA provides compassionate Speech, Feeding, and Occupational Therapy for children and families. Our focus is on personalized care, meaningful progress, and partnership with parents throughout the journey. We believe every child has a voi

ce and deserves the opportunity to communicate, connect, and thrive. Our mission is to support families with expertise, empathy, and evidence-based care. We have two clinics in Northern California located in San Jose and Roseville, and we also have a location in Kalispell, MT. We are one big IICA family, servicing children and communities across our three locations.

July is National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month!

National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month began through the efforts of ACPA members who recognized the importance of raising awareness, improving access to care, and supporting individuals with cleft and craniofacial conditions and their families. Today, we're proud to continue that legacy.

💜 July is National Cleft & Craniofacial Awareness Month.

This month, we’re helping raise awareness about cleft lip, cleft palate, and the importance of early, compassionate, multidisciplinary care. Every child’s journey is unique, and together we can help build understanding, celebrate resilience, and support families every step of the way.

A special thank you to the American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association (ACPA) for providing the educational resources and illustrations featured in this post. Stay tuned throughout the month as we share more information, resources, and ways speech-language pathologists support children with cleft lip and palate.

We are so proud to celebrate one of our own! 🎉

Our SLPA, Breanna, was recently recognized by Best Buddies Sacramento for her dedication to promoting inclusion and community engagement.

At IICA, we believe communication extends far beyond the therapy room. By building meaningful connections, supporting inclusive opportunities and partnering with organizations like Best Buddies, we're helping create communities where everyone feels seen, valued and included.

🎓 Congratulations to our graduates! 🎓

As the school year comes to a close and summer begins, we’d like to celebrate three incredible members of our IICA family and the exciting milestones they’ve achieved.

This year, we’re celebrating:
🎓 A speech therapy graduate
🎓 A preschool graduate moving on to Transitional Kindergarten
🎓 A Pre-K graduate ready for new adventures ahead
🎓 A local high school graduate heading to Chico State pursing a degree in expertise physiology

No matter the age or stage, graduation represents growth, perseverance, learning, and the courage to take the next step forward.
