Not all testosterone replacement methods work the same way.
Injections, gels, pellets, nasal treatments, and other delivery systems can produce very different testosterone patterns in the body.

Understanding those differences can help men have better conversations with their doctors about treatment options, expectations, and long-term health.

Dr. Judson Brandeis breaks it down in his free guide:

Building muscle after 37 is absolutely possible, but the strategy matters more than ever.

As men get older, changes in hormones, recovery, sleep, stress, and metabolism can make gaining lean muscle harder than it was in your 20s. The answer isn’t simply spending more hours in the gym.

Focus on:
• Progressive strength training
• Enough high-quality protein
• Proper recovery and sleep
• Managing stress
• Understanding your hormone and metabolic health

If you’re training consistently but still struggling to gain muscle, recover, or feel as strong as you used to, it may be time to look at the bigger picture.
