Whether you're watching the race from the stands or your local bar, make sure you're not ruining your progress in the process!

•Don’t lock your knees while standing around—your low back will collect the bill later
•If you’re in heels or dress shoes, switch positions often (your spine hates “stuck”)
•Take quick movement breaks—walk, stretch, reset your posture every so often
•Keep your phone at eye level when checking race updates (text neck is undefeated)
•If you’re at a bar, don’t hunch over the counter the whole time—stack ribs over hips
•Hydrate more than you think you need (dehydration = tighter muscles + worse posture control)
