CJ Spaulding’s career at The Wesley Community began in 2011 when he enrolled in our CNA class. From there, he continued his education while building his career at Wesley, graduating as an LPN in 2018 and earning his RN in 2021. With flexible scheduling and support along the way, CJ was able to balance work and school while gaining valuable hands-on experience. He continued to advance within Wesley, becoming a Nursing Supervisor and now a Unit Coordinator.
