At The Wesley Community, supporting families is just as important as caring for residents. Recently, we welcomed families to Conversations with Carl: Navigating Dementia Care with Confidence, Compassion and Understanding, led by our Dementia Education Coach, Carl Picioccio.
Families with loved ones living with Alzheimer’s and dementia gained valuable tools, practical guidance, emotional support, and meaningful insights to help navigate every stage of the journey. Through open conversation and education, families were empowered with greater confidence to support their loved ones with dignity, compassion, and understanding.
For families with loved ones living on the Wesley Campus, this series provided more than information, it created connection, reassurance, and support when it was needed most. Because at Wesley, we are Here When It Matters Most.

It was tea time here at Wesley! 🫖🌼

To celebrate National Skilled Nursing Care Week, tea and muffins were delivered throughout campus, Woodlawn Commons residents enjoyed a delightful tea party, and our whole week was filled with sweet treats, connection, and moments of joy. 💛

This year’s theme, “Moments in Bloom,” reminds us that everyday acts of compassion, teamwork, and kindness create meaningful experiences that help our residents live life to the fullest. 🌻
