Our first time attending Engineers Day was a great success!

We couldn’t have asked for better weather in Sault Ste. Marie, and the event gave us the opportunity to connect with so many talented students, professionals, and community members. We enjoyed having meaningful conversations, sharing what we do, and building new connections.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our site to say hello, ask questions, and learn more about Precision Edge and Marmon Medical Group. We appreciate your time and look forward to participating again!

On Wednesday, June 17th, our Boyne City team took a break from the production floor to enjoy an afternoon of food, music, games, and a special visit from the iconic Marmon Wasp, a 1:1 replica of the car that won the first Indianapolis 500 race. It was a great opportunity to connect, learn about the history of the Wasp and of Marmon Holdings overall and to celebrate the people who drive our success every day.
Taking time to have fun together isn't just an event, it's part of who we are.
One of our core values at Marmon is Fun and it is defined as 'creating an environment where people feel valued, appreciated and connected'. This event was in line with what we value as employees of Marmon. We believe that when we invest in our employees, we build stronger teams, a stronger culture, and ultimately, a stronger company.
