Some of the most serious health conditions are caught during routine screenings — before symptoms ever appear.

Please don’t wait until something feels ā€œwrongā€ to prioritize your health.

Stay up to date on:
✨ Physicals
✨ Pap smears
✨ Mammograms
✨ Colonoscopy screenings
✨ Bone density scans

Your future self will thank you. šŸ¤

As women, we’re often taught to pour endlessly into everyone else while ignoring our own needs. But constantly running on empty eventually catches up with your body, hormones, energy, and overall health.

Three things I want more women to prioritize:
✨ Stop doing everything for everyone
✨ Protect your sleep
✨ Move your body consistently

Wellness does not have to be extreme to be effective. Small, sustainable habits can make a powerful difference over time.

Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s necessary. šŸ¤

Spring isn’t just for cleaning out closets 🌿
It’s a natural time to check in with your body, too.

Routine labs. Preventive screenings. Small adjustments that help you feel like yourself again.

Health isn’t about extremes—it’s about staying in tune.
And spring is a beautiful time to reset.

Most people think bone health is just about calcium.

But your hormones play a major role in maintaining bone density—especially as you approach menopause.

As estrogen declines, bone loss can accelerate, increasing your risk of fractures over time.

And here’s something many people don’t realize—
Vitamin D isn’t just a vitamin… it functions as a hormone in your body and is an important part of bone health.

The goal isn’t just to prevent bone loss later—
it’s to understand what’s driving it now so you can support your body early.

If you have questions or concerns about your bone health, we’re here to help. Call us at 912-483-9313. ā˜Žļø

šŸ’ŠMost people assume their medication list in the chart is accurate.
I can tell you from experience… it often isn’t.

At almost every visit, I find:
• Medications that were stopped but still listed
• Incorrect doses
• Duplicate prescriptions
• Supplements that were never documented

And sometimes—combinations that shouldn’t be taken together.

This isn’t about blame.
It’s about safety.

Your medication list should be reviewed at every single visit—even if nothing has changed.

šŸ‘‰ Bring an updated list
šŸ‘‰ Include supplements + over-the-counter meds
šŸ‘‰ Speak up if something looks unfamiliar

This is one of the simplest ways to protect your health—and it only takes a few minutes.
