The Georgia Eye Institute was founded in 1992 with the goal of creating an ophthalmology practice that would provide comprehensive eye care for the Savannah area. Our practice has grown and we remain committed to excellence in eyecare. The Institute has fellowship-trained physicians to care for patients with complex ocular disease including corneal issues, glaucoma, retinal disease as well as pathology of the eye lids and orbit. Georgia Eye also offers comprehensive optometric care at all of our locations.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of a beloved former colleague and ophthalmologist, Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller was not only a valued member of our practice family, but was part of the original vision of GEI. She touched the lives of many patients, colleagues, and staff throughout her career.

As we remember Dr. Miller, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, especially our very own Dr. Bromley.

Dr. Miller was a devoted animal lover and advocate. In lieu of flowers, her family has suggested that those wishing to honor her memory consider making a donation to the Humane Society, a cause that was meaningful to her.
