Yesterday I was ready to give up

I was literally thinking :
Arizona you won, you have thrown everything at me, you finally broke me, I’m tired of fighting, advocating for myself against unreasonable experiences, facing challenges head on, this woman needs a break.

But……. Some powerful women in my life reminded me of who I am. Just by being themselves and showing up.
A hug, a thoughtful note, a referral, a connection, and support.

You know who you are ✨ thank you

It was so beautiful to be reminded by these other strong women, that I am also strong.

I get to choose my reality. I get to be a victim of my circumstances or…….I can create.
And I chose to create, to move, to step up instead of hide in my cave like I sometimes prefer. 😂

Some things are absolutely out of your control 🤪
but you can always choose how you show up, what you tolerate, what you feed your mind with.

Anyway just feeling so very grateful 💕

Still learning to love myself and be kind to me

Sometimes it feels so uncomfortable to give myself permission to rest and I don’t know who needs to hear this but you are not alone.

Life has taught me that love is given by how well you could perform

I am teaching myself that i deserve to be loved for just existing

What a concept 🤯

Nothing to do, nothing to fix, nothing to provide

It’s a slow process healing an autoimmune disorder mostly because the imbalance started way before it showed up on a blood test. It started in my nervous system as a child

The journey for me is a constant practice of and answering the question:

Am I embodying the love I give to others , towards myself too?
