Big milestone buzz! 🐝✨ Today, Bee Humble Wellness officially turns 5! Sharing some photos from the first month the hive was born

I am so incredibly thankful for this community.

To my bee-autiful clients: Thank you for trusting me with your wellness journeys, for showing up for yourselves, and for bringing your incredible energy into the studio day after day. It’s been such an honor watching you all grow! It's wonderful witnessing things we've touched on as an idea or desire you all made/are making it happen! You are the heartbeat of The Hive.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.
Unlike a concert, you aren't listening to a "song"—you are bathing in vibration.

This is a achieved by lying down and listening to a blend of crystal bowls, gongs, and wind chimes. Most people leave feeling relaxed, peaceful and as if they've received a full body reset.
