Why would you grow 300 sunflowers? 🌻

Here’s why…

There’s nothing quite like walking out your front door and being surrounded by 13 feet of golden beauty. 🌻💛

As a holistic practitioner, I believe healing isn’t just about what we put into our bodies. It’s also about what we surround ourselves with, what we nurture, and what brings our soul a little bit of peace.

As a holistic practitioner, I believe healing isn’t just about what we put into our bodies. It’s also about what we surround ourselves with, what we nurture, and what brings our soul peace.

I plant sunflowers because they remind me of so much.
🌻 Growth — a tiny seed can become something far bigger than you ever imagined.

🌻 Resilience — they bend with the wind, face storms, and still turn back toward the sun.

🌻 Hope — even after dark days, there is always a reason to reach for the light.

🌻 Healing — gardening slows you down, gets your hands in the soil, your feet on the earth, and your mind out of chaos.

🌻 Connection — flowers bring people together, support pollinators, and give us something outside ourselves to care for.

And for me, these sunflowers carry something even deeper. They are planted with love, remembrance, and hope for people who have touched my life.

So yes… I planted 300 sunflowers. 🌻

Because sometimes healing looks like growing something beautiful from a tiny seed.

Sometimes it looks like standing in your yard, looking up at 13-foot sunflowers, taking a deep breath and realizing…Life is still beautiful.
There is still hope.
And there is always something worth growing.** 💛🌻
